NAD27 to NAD83 Conversion Consulting
In the coming years companies operating in the Oil and Gas Industry will have to come to terms with an industry wide movement from using the NAD27 Geodetic Datum as their data reference system to using the newer and more precise NAD83 Geodetic Datum. This will be a monumental issue for the industry, as the great majority of historic and current spatial data i stored and managed using NAD27.
